岗位职责
1、熟练掌握酒店客房及配套设施情况,与既有的客户和潜在的客户及合作伙伴保持密切的联系。
2、仔细计划与客户的会面,对预定的客户实施客户关系管理,完成销售目标。
3、在所负责的市场区域内,监视和报告市场及竞争者的情况。
4、准备销售报告,确保市场及客户信息的准确性,以便于工作的跟进。
5、积极地传播产品信息,在负责的市场内营造酒店的知名度。
6、在所负责的区域内,与市场销售总监一起计划销售攻势,并确保其实现。
7、完成各种销售报告,协助计划和配合销售活动,完成市场销售目标。
岗位要求
1、有1年同岗位工作经验。
2、掌握一定的市场、公关销售知识和技巧,全面了解本酒店的产品和服务。
3、有较强的协调、推销和交际能力及书面、口头表达能力。
4、有销售部、前厅部工作经验。
5、身体健康,精力充沛,仪表端庄,反应灵活。
