岗位职责
1、全面了解星级酒店所用的系统。
2、充分了解客房部各项程序要求及操作流程和规范。
3、负责与其它部门的信息收发传递。
4、负责管理钥匙,工作手机等物品的分发。
5、妥善保管客房中心的客用品,协助宾客借还客用品。
6、按程序登记宾客的遗留物品。
7、向工程部提出维修的请求,及时维修客房故障。
8、负责仓库管理,物品收发记录。9、负责排房、部门员工考勤事项。
岗位要求
1、大专及以上学历,连号酒店同岗经验者优先;
2、具备基本办公软件操作能力(Word、Excel、PPT),文字表达清晰,细致耐心;
3、具有良好的沟通协调能力与团队协作意识,服从工作安排;
4、身体健康,无传染性疾病,符合岗位从业健康要求;
