[岗位职责]
1.全面负责前厅部的日常运营与管理，确保宾客接待、入住登记、退房结账等流程高效、规范、专业。
2.制定并执行前厅服务标准与操作流程，监督员工执行情况，持续提升服务品质与客户满意度。
3.统筹前台团队的人员排班、培训、绩效考核及团队建设，激发员工积极性，降低流失率。
4.处理宾客投诉与突发事件，协调各部门资源快速解决问题，维护酒店声誉。
5.负责前厅物资管理、预算控制及营收报表分析，优化房态管理与收益策略。
6.与销售、客房、餐饮等部门保持紧密协作，确保对客服务无缝衔接。
[岗位要求]
1.本科及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先。
2.2年以上酒店前厅管理经验，具备星级酒店同岗位工作经历者优先。
3.熟悉前厅各岗位操作流程及Opera系统，具备较强的数据分析能力。
4.优秀的沟通协调能力、团队领导力及抗压能力，能够灵活处理复杂事项。
5.服务意识强，注重细节，具备良好的职业形象与客户导向思维。
6.具备基础英语口语能力，能处理外宾接待事宜者优先。
