主要职责 :

1、全面负责餐厅服务管理工作，包括制定和执行人员招聘、培训计划，负责餐厅工作分配和劳力安排；

2、负有餐厅营销之策划及实施责任，及时了解客源市场需求，发展、巩固客户市场，尽最大能力掌握客户资源；

3、协调餐厅的餐饮服务和厨房的出品；

4、管理和检查餐厅的环境卫生，检查餐厅服务人员的仪容仪表状况和服务状况；

5、安排员工班次，核准考勤表；

6、监督营业期间服务工作的正常开展，处理营业中的突发事件及客人的投诉和纠纷；

7、督促员工提醒员工遵守酒店的规章制度；

8、审理有关行政文件，传达上级批示，签署领货单及申请计划；

9、抓成本控制，严格堵塞偷吃、浪费、作弊等漏洞；

10、随时监督检查餐厅设备和器具的保养及维修状况；

11、直接参与现场指挥工作，协助所属员工服务和提出改善意见；

12、主持召开餐前会，传达上级批示，作餐前的最后检查，并在餐后做出总结；
