岗位职责
1、起草酒店综合性的业务报告、计划、总结、决议简报及本部门的公文函件。
2、参加行政例会，做好会议记录，了解各项决定、决议的贯彻情况。
3、汇总各类报表，做好酒店大事记和外事活动日志。
4、做好日常接待、来信来访等有关事宜。
5、负责总经理的日常电话接转。
6、审检对外发文、对内行文。

岗位要求

1、年龄25-32岁，身高163以上，形象好，气质佳。

2、专科以上学历。具有秘书工作经验3年以上。

3、掌握酒店经营管理一般知识，熟悉酒店秘书工作和行政管理知识。

4、掌握应用文撰写方法，懂得接待礼仪、礼节。

5、了解旅游法规及有关经济法规和政策，熟悉外事纪律

6、能处理一般的文件、函电和资料，具有较好的协调、接待工作能力。

7、有较好的文字组织能力，能撰写各类应用文稿及计划、总结、报告等。
