（一）筹备期间
1、针对项目情况制订酒店定位分析、品牌经营合作方案、酒店筹开预算及酒店筹开工作时间表；
2、负责在预算范围内按筹开工作时间表推进各项酒店筹开工作安全开展，确保酒店如期开业；
3、根据项目实际情况，为酒店经营模式、价格体系及营销推广的确定提供科学可行、合理化建议；
4、根据运营标准，组建酒店管理团队，提出酒店组织结构、人员定编以及薪酬福利等合理化建议；
5、根据工程进度，定期检查和反馈工程完成及质量等情况，并协助项目开发过程中遇到的各类问题，予以及时指导与解决；如房型比例和布置，餐饮布局、软硬装、人流动线等方面如有问题和不合理的方面及时提出合理建议。
（二）酒店运营期
1、负责酒店的全面管理，确保酒店经营和管理指标的达成；
2、制定并上报年度经营目标、年度经营计划以及年度预算，落实经营管理计划和方案，保证经营目标实现；
3、负责酒店的服务产品、服务模式、价格测算、服务流程等；
4、拟写营业报告（月度、季度、年度），进行营业分析，组织经营分析会，制定和调整经营决策；
5、定期分析项目管理状况及工作标准的执行情况，提出整改意见，安全有效实现管理目标。
