To design and provide technical support for the standard production of the hotel's publicity materials and advertising, to censure the best publicity image of the hotel.

Make a sales interview and write a sales report after the visit.
进行销售访问，在访问结束后，撰写销售访问报告。
Cooperate with department manager to complete the reception task.

To understand the customers' opinions on the quality of hotel service and deal with customer complaints and emergencies.
