Primary Responsibilities主要职责

·Ensure through effective supervision that all services offered at the Recreation department are carried out with utmost professionalism, efficiency and courtesy.

·Oversee, supervise and monitor all facets of daily operations.

·Interview, hire, train, supervise and evaluate all supervisors and associate of respective division.

·Ensure all guests and visitors to Spa leave with a pleasant experience.

·Ensure facility is clean and well maintained at all times.

·Assist subordinates during peak periods and during shortage of manpower.

· Maintain and promote an atmosphere of tranquility and peace in Recreation Department areas at all times.

·Participate and assist in the preparation of Annual Department Budget.

·Ensure that expenses are in line, or below, with Department's Operational Budget and that costs are strictly controlled.

·Responsible and accountable for the Profit & Loss of the outlets.

·Attend sales and promotional events as appropriate and as directed.

·Entertain regular and potential clients.

·Create and present a marketable facility, merchandise display, and program, at all times.

·Liaise with Head Office, Hotel and Corporate Sales & Marketing Communication departments.

·Ensure all subordinates project a professional image and pleasant disposition to enhance guests experience at all times.

·Build an efficient and productive team of associates by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety, training and development, and through effective counseling.

·Ensure that all associates have a complete understanding of the Spa and Hotel's policies and procedures, rules and regulations.

·Conduct orientation program and training courses for new associates and regular “refresher” courses for existing associates.

·Conduct periodical evaluation of associates 'performance and take appropriate corrective measures for improvements.

·Interview new associates in liaison with Spa’s Human Resources Department.

·Propose associates’ annual vacation and schedule Public Holidays off-in-lieu during off-peak periods.

·Ensure that the facility is adequately man during peak periods and at all times.

·Take appropriate disciplinary action against offenders who repeatedly violate company’s rules and regulations, and policies and procedures.

·Ensure new associates attend hotel’s orientation program before commencing work in Spa.

·Regularly update and improve training to reflect on current industry standards, trends and customers 'expectations.

·对本部门的利润和损耗负责。

·适当或有方向的参加销售和促销活动。

·招待固定及潜在客户。

·坚持创造和展示一切可卖品和促销计划。

·与酒店，销售代表，销售部门保持良好关系。

·始终确保下级向客人传达专业的印象和友善的气质。

·通过有效的咨询沟通，在下属福利，安全，培训和发展方面采取主动行动，创建高效有益的员工队伍。

·确保所有员工对酒店的规章制度政策程序都有全面的了解。

·为新员工做入职培训计划和培训课程；对现有员工不断巩固现有知识结构。

·对员工的工作表现作阶段性评估，并为提高作恰当的调整。

·面试新员工与水疗人事部联络。

·在淡季建议员工年假和公共假日安排。

·在旺季时确保所有设施能够充分利用。

·对于违反酒店规章制度政策程序的员工给予适当惩戒措施。

·确保水疗部新员工在开始工作前参加入职培训。

·时常更新培训，使目前的流行标准趋势和客人的预期受到影响。

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验

·Associate degree or above

·Good oral and written communication skills

·Min 8-year experience in hotel engineering operation in similar capacity, preferably with international hotel chain

·Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times

·Excellent leader and trainer with solid motivational and teamwork skills

·Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills

·全日制大专（含）以上学历

·良好的口头及书面沟通能力

·至少8年酒店相关运做经验，最好具有国际连锁酒店工作经验

·始终保持良好和专业的形象

·优秀的领导者和培训师，具备良好的激励和团队合作能力

·注重细节，良好的人际交往能力
