职责
-识别新的商业机会，并与设计团队密切合作获取商机。 
-维护现有客户（星级酒店管理团队、海外经销商）的关系，保持流畅的沟通。 -开发新的商业伙伴并设计合作方案。 
-与团队开发联合 BD 计划，拓宽销售渠道。 
-制定投标策略及合同谈判。 
- 开发销售工具，如商业宣传资料，产品 DM、销售指南、成功案例，以提高销售能力。
能力
-本科以上学历 -专业和遵守行业道德 -思路条理且灵活，能适应多任务工作 -强大的团队合作精神，积极主动，富有热情 -需要流利的英语书面能力和口语能力 -能够理解和处理产品技术层面的介绍，包括对产品线及生产工艺的基本了解 -对商业环境的深刻理解以及在远程指导下达成交易的能力 -能适应出差

We adopt a consultative approach with our clients and connect closely with industry professionals in catering, hospitality and food & beverages to drive innovation forward for the future.
Principal accountabilities
- Identify new business opportunities and work closely with design team to capture the opportunities.
- Maintain relationship with existing partners (stars hotel management team, overseas dealers) to keep a fluent communication.
- Develop new partners and design cooperation scheme.
- Develop joint BD programs with business partners to generate more sales leads to fully support the sales drive.
- Develop the commercial strategy for a bid and contract negotiation.
- Develop sales kits & selling tools such as business collaterals including brochure, product DM, sales guideline, case studies, successful stories to enhance sales’ competency.
What a candidate needs
- University degree or above
- Professional and ethical
- Organised & flexible; multi-tasked and highly efficient
- Strong team player; solutions orientated & problem solver. Proactive, have sense of ownership, passion & commitment to work
- Fluent in written and spoken English is required
- Ability to understand and work with the technical aspects of Onsite projects including a basic understanding of the product lines and our project execution methodology.
- Commercial acumen, a sound understanding of the competitive environment and competence in putting a deal together under the general direction of a remote supervisor.
- Ability to travel as needed.
