工作内容：

按时检查记录工程管辖的各种设备运行情况，如有异常立即向主管汇报。
2. Complete maintenance work consciously and timely.
自觉及时完成本班次的工作维修单。
3. preventive maintenance and maintenance with the facilities and equipment corresponds to their jobs.
对应所属工种进行设施设备的预防性维修与保养。
4. Major equipment maintenance and repair of facilities and transformation with the senior technician.
配合主管进行重大设施设备的维修保养与改造。
5. Strict compliance with the regulations and the rules of the Fraser Residence Tianjin.
严格遵守辉盛庭国际公寓规章制度和工程部各项操作规程。
6. Courtesy to customers, adhere to the guests first, adhere to the "guests are right" creed of service.
对客人彬彬有礼，坚持客人第一，恪守“客人都是对的”服务信条。
7. To participate in various types of training from apartments and engineering on time, improve their own skills hardly.
按时参加公寓及工程部的各类培训，努力提高自身技能。
职位要求：
● Be operation and has e engineering work experience.
熟悉本行业工作经验。
● Be familiar with the operation of various Engineering tools.
能熟练操作各种工程工具。
