Job Purpose 职位描述
Ensure laundry can work safely, ensure guests’ clothes, the linens and the uniform are in
good quality. Command the washing cost in the budget bound.
保证洗衣房安全操作，保证所有客衣，酒店布草，制服洗涤质量。控制洗衣成本在预算范围
内。
Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
· The quality of guest laundry.

· Linens and uniform’ washing quality.

· Laundry’s income and expense.
 洗衣房的收入和开支。
· In control of laundry’s facility.
 洗衣房设备管理。
· Response to guest needs/guest complaints.
对客人的需求和投诉作出及时的反应。
Knowledge and Experience 知识和经验
· Experience in Housekeeping Laundry room least 5years
具有至少5年的客房洗衣房经验
· Have similar position 1years working experience in intentional 5 start hotel
具有国际5星级酒店相同职位1年工作经验
· Effective communication skills between colleagues
能与同事进行有效的沟通
· A sense of team working
