Job Purpose 职位描述
To ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent food and beverage service, in a friendly, competent and professional manner, maximizing guest’s experience. Promoting a fun work environment and being a team player.

Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
· Attends to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding beverage and services.
关注客人关于饮料和服务的投诉，请求或询问。
· Maintains proper records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment in appropriate logbooks, discusses the same with the Manager.
保留合理的销售记录，在合适的记录本上记录客人投诉、解决办法及所涉及人员或设备，并与经理讨论。
Knowledge and Experience 知识和经验
· Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
始终保持良好和专业的形象
· Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills to deal with diverse talent
