- 依据温德姆酒店待客的服务标准向酒店客人提供高效礼貌的服务。

- 负责招聘、培训和指导部门新员工。

- 确保高效的客人登记入住、退房和电话服务。

- 遵守宾客服务接待规章制度，确保按照政策程序建立宾客服务接待程序，即使用适当的公共关系技巧，对待客人礼貌且专业，建立适当的身份识别和信用识别程序，正确处理所有入账操作、现金交易、账户结算和存款。

- 观察前厅部和客房调配人员的工作，确保按照现行的政策程序完成本职工作，例如，使用适当的公共关系技巧，礼貌且专业地处理电话，及时接听电话并使用适当的问候语，正确有效地处理留言和传真，礼貌且专业地处理客人投诉的问题，并确保全程遵守酒店的各项规章制度。

- 查看当天预计将入住的客人并检查所有贵宾预订和特殊预订要求，确保贵宾预先登记、为贵宾排房并通知其他部门分配客房。

- 检查每日空房数量并通知员工。

- 每日检查退房情况。

- 将所有相关信息传递给前台接待、电信服务人员、下一班次主管和前厅部经理。

- 确保遵守前厅部的质量标准以及相关政策程序。

- 与会计人员协同合作，维护并将应收账款降至最低。

- 与其他酒店部门协调各项活动，提高沟通效率和客人满意度。

- 每日协助维护酒店客房状况，使酒店收益达到最大化同时达到客人的预期。

- 监督礼宾部、电信部和前厅部的活动和服务。

- 确保按时完成绩效评估。

- 负责温德姆奖赏计划，确保正确识别温德姆会员客人，满足各项标准要求。

- 确保每日填写各项必要的报告和表格。
