【岗位职责】
1、全面负责全日制餐厅厨房的日常运营管理工作，确保菜品出品质量、口味及食品安全符合酒店标准；
2、制定并优化厨房操作流程、菜单设计及成本控制方案，合理控制食材采购及库存管理；
3、监督厨房卫生及安全规范执行，确保符合食品安全及卫生标准；
4、负责厨房团队的人员管理，包括排班、培训、绩效考核及团队建设；
5、根据市场需求及客户反馈，定期更新菜单，创新菜品，提升餐厅竞争力；
6、协调与其他部门的沟通合作，确保餐厅运营顺畅。
【岗位要求】
1、具备扎实的烹饪技能及丰富的厨房管理经验，熟悉中西餐烹饪工艺及厨房运作流程；
2、具备较强的成本控制意识及菜单设计能力，能够有效管理食材采购及库存；
3、熟悉食品安全及卫生管理规范，持有相关健康证或食品安全培训证书者优先；
4、具备良好的团队管理能力，能够有效激励和培养厨房团队；
5、具备较强的沟通协调能力及抗压能力，能够适应高强度工作环境；
6、对餐饮行业发展趋势有敏锐洞察力，能够根据市场需求调整经营策略。
