【岗位职责】
1. 全面负责酒店公共区域的清洁卫生、绿化养护、装饰维护及虫害控制工作，确保达到五星级酒店卫生与服务标准。
2. 制定并执行公共区域日常保洁、周期性深度清洁及专项工作计划，合理分配人员、设备及物料，控制清洁成本。
3. 定期巡查大堂、走廊、洗手间、餐厅、会议室、行政办公区等所有公共区域，监督工作质量，及时纠正偏差并处理突发卫生问题。
4. 管理PA团队，包括排班、考勤、绩效考核、培训及指导，提升员工操作技能与服务意识。
5. 负责清洁设备、工具、化学品的申购、使用、保管及维护，建立台账，确保安全合规操作。
6. 配合客房部、工程部、安保部等部门协作，确保重大活动、会议、VIP接待期间公共区域的高标准呈现。
7. 监控公共区域设施设备状况，及时报修并跟进维修进度，维护酒店整体环境品质。
8. 完成上级交办的其他相关工作。
【岗位要求】
1. 学历不限，工作经验不限，年龄不限，但具备酒店公共区域管理经验或相关保洁主管经验者优先考虑。
2. 熟悉各类清洁设备（如洗地机、地毯清洗机、高压水枪等）的操作与维护，掌握不同材质（大理石、地毯、木地板等）的清洁、养护及翻新方法。
3. 了解常用清洁化学品的安全使用规范及环保要求，能有效控制库存与成本。
4. 具备较强的团队管理能力、沟通协调能力及执行力，能带领团队高效完成工作任务。
5. 工作认真细致，责任心强，具备良好的服务意识和抗压能力，能适应酒店行业灵活排班及应急工作需求。
6. 具备基本电脑操作能力，能使用办公软件进行日常报表与排班管理。
