【岗位职责】
1、负责西餐冷菜（沙拉、冷盘、开胃菜、果盘等）的日常制作、出品及质量把控，确保菜品符合标准。
2、根据菜单及客情需求，合理计划冷菜原料用量，协助进行食材验收、储存及成本控制。
3、督导并参与冷菜间的卫生清洁、设备维护及食品安全管理，严格执行HACCP规范。
4、领班完成冷菜间的排班安排、新人带教及技能培训，确保团队操作规范。
5、参与新菜品研发与季节菜单更新，提出冷菜创新建议并完成试做。
6、遇大型宴会或特殊活动时，高效完成批量冷菜制作及摆盘装饰，保证出餐速度与美观度。
【岗位要求】
1、学历不限，经验不限，年龄不限，对西餐冷菜制作有浓厚兴趣，愿意从基础学起或已有一定实操经验。
2、具备基本的刀工技能，熟悉常见冷菜酱汁调配及食材搭配原理。
3、了解食品安全与卫生知识，能严格遵守冷菜间操作规范。
4、工作细致认真，有责任心，具备良好的团队协作意识和抗压能力。
5、有酒店或西餐厅冷房工作经验者优先考虑，无经验但学习能力强、态度积极者亦可培养。
计算机能力：良好年龄要求：18岁以上
