【岗位职责】
1、协助销售团队处理日常行政事务，包括但不限于文件整理、资料归档、数据录入及报表制作。
2、负责客户来电、来访的接待与记录，及时传递信息至相关部门，确保沟通顺畅。
3、管理销售合同、协议及客户档案，确保文件完整、分类清晰、查询便捷。
4、协助准备销售相关材料，如报价单、宣传资料、投标文件等，确保内容准确无误。
5、跟踪销售订单进度，协调内部资源（如客房、餐饮、会议等）以满足客户需求。
6、统计并汇总销售数据，协助完成周报、月报等基础分析报告。
7、完成上级交办的其他临时性行政支持工作。
【岗位要求】
1、学历、经验、年龄不限，欢迎应届毕业生或转行人士应聘。
2、熟练使用Office办公软件（Excel、Word、PPT），具备基础数据处理能力。
3、工作细心、有责任感，具备良好的沟通协调能力和服务意识。
4、能够适应多任务处理，具备较强的时间管理能力。
5、有酒店、销售内勤或行政相关工作经验者优先，但非必需。
6、普通话标准，能听懂当地方言者更佳。
计算机能力：良好年龄要求：18岁以上
