【岗位职责】1、负责酒店宾客的日常接待与关系维护,提供高品质的客户服务,确保宾客满意度。2、处理宾客的咨询、投诉及特殊需求,及时协调相关部门解决问题,提升宾客体验。3、收集并分析宾客反馈,定期提交服务改进建议,协助优化酒店服务流程。4、协助策划和执行宾客关怀活动,增强客户忠诚度与复购率。5、维护客户档案,定期跟进重要客户,建立长期稳定的客户关系。6、配合前台、客房等部门,确保服务衔接顺畅,提升整体运营效率。【岗位要求】1、大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先。2、1年以上酒店前台、客户服务或宾客关系相关工作经验,高端酒店经验者优先。3、具备优秀的沟通能力与服务意识,能灵活应对各类宾客需求。4、熟练使用酒店管理系统(如Opera)及办公软件(Word/Excel)。5、普通话流利,英语口语良好,能进行基本商务沟通。6、性格开朗,抗压能力强,注重细节,具备团队协作精神。
