1. Involved in all decisions/action steps/activities impacting hotel revenue and quality goals.

2. Establish department strategic plan and lead department via specific action steps to achieve financial and quality goals.

3. Review all Corporate Group / Incentive Group and Catering Contracts prior to client approval.
检查所有公司团队,激励性团队及宴会合同。
4. Periodically accompany Catering Sales on-site inspections, client appointments and menu tasting to ensure consistency in client satisfaction and quality standards.
定期与宴会销售经理去现场巡视,预约客户,及菜单的品尝确保顾客的满意度和质量标准。
5. Direct day to day catering/convention activities / MICE groups, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members.
管理日常宴会/会议/会议团,计划并分配工作,为团队制定业绩和发展的目标。
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION 职位要求
1. 5 years working experience with same position in Brand Hotel
5年同等岗位品牌酒店工作经验
2. Strong administrative skills, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills
与出色的沟通协商技巧相结合的优秀的行政执行能力
3. Ability to supervise and strongly motivate sales professionals is a must
