1.Oversee the service standards in the outlet ensuring that they conform to the requisite standards and meet or exceed customer expectations. 
监督服务标准确保符合和达到部门的标准并超过客户的期望。
2.Assist in the planning and execution of promotional activities as directed. 
在指导下协助上司制订计划并付诸行动。
3.Maximize revenue in the outlet by implementing up selling procedure. 
通过实施促销计划将厅面的收益最大化。
4.Monitor and control financial position to control costs and expenses.
监测和控制财务状况以控制成本和费用支出。
5.Participate in the preparation of the outlet’s annual departmental budget as directed.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION 职位要求
1.Contribute to the morale and team spirit of the hotel by maintaining good relationships with guests. 
与同事建立有助于酒店士气和团队精神的良好的关系。
2.Perform additional duties as directed by supervisors.
完成上级安排的其它事务。
3.Make appropriate suggestions and recommendations to supervisors for the general improvement of the hotel. 
给出适当的意见和建议，促进酒店的整体发展。
4.Is fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures. 
熟悉掌握酒店在食品健康安全方面、火灾和紧急情况方面的处理程序。
5.Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene,uniform, and body language. 
保持个人卫生、衣着和举止方面的高标准。
