2. To ensure that all documentation is accurately completed and recorded for all training activities.

3. To monitor the progress of new hire associates ensuring they receive sufficient training to pass probation taking corrective action where necessary.
监督新员工的培训进程，确保新员工接受足够培训来通过试用期，在适当时候采取有效措施跟进。
4. To monitor the progress of all associates on specific training and development programmes, assessing their progress and providing frequent opportunities for feedback.
监督员工的培训和发展项目，评估员工的培训进展并提供反馈的平台。
5. To document and present Training program results on a monthly basis.
每月对当前培训项目的结果进行存档。
6.Prepares,communicates and implements the related associates active for the hotel.
筹备，沟通相关的员工活动项目。
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION 职位要求:
1.At least 2 years experience at similar position in International 4-star or 5-star hotels.
至少两年以上在国际品牌四星或五星酒店的相关工作经验
2.Has pro-active working attitude and pay attention to details.
工作认真自信，积极主动
3.Good team spirit.
拥有团队合作精神
4.Good communications and interpersonal skills. 
拥有良好的沟通和人际协调能力
