职位描述

1.     处理与所有客房部不相关的其他需求

Handles all non-room component requests.

2.     准确有效率的保存文件,包括电子版和打印版

Ensures that an efficient and accurate filing system, both manuals as well as electronic, is maintained at all times.

3.     保存完整的餐饮宴会销售协议,合同和报价。

Maintains complete and supported records of all Catering Sales Agreements, Contracts and Quotations for the Hotel.

4.     建立快速的销售预定追踪系统,确保所有预定的生意已经彻底的追踪

Establishes an efficient trace file to ensure that all business booked is properly tracked.

5.     及时向宴会总监提交销售报告

Submits Sales report to Director of Event in a timely manner.

6.     每月向销售协调员提交准确地业务预定报告

Provides accurate reporting of business booked to the Sales Coordinator for monthly consolidation.

7.     准备并确保宴会订单及时地传递到相关部门

Prepares and ensures all Events Orders are distributed to concerned department in a timely manner.

8.     招待及接待客人来酒店考察

Entertains and conducts Hotel inspections to clients whenever required.

9.     了解每一个活动/会议, 确保每项活动/会议都由宴会部良好的筹备和管理

Spends time in each function/ event to ensure that the functions/ event are managed well by the Conferences and Banquets team.

10.  建立和维护与现有客户的紧密关系,持续寻找开发新客户的机会

Establishes and maintains strong relationship with the established clientele and constantly explores into new business opportunities.

11.  与相关部门紧密合作确保客人的需求和期望得到满足

Liaises and works closely with the related operation departments ensuring guest's requests and expectations are being met.

12.  快速周到地处理客人及员工询问,出现投诉及其他问题要及时汇报。如果没有快速的解决办法,要确保及时必要的跟进

Handles guest and employee’s inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found and ensures a prompt follow-up.

13.  维护与客人及伙伴的良好工作关系

Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

14.  达成每月和每年销售收入的个人目标

Achieves the monthly and annual personal target contributing to the Catering Sales revenue.

15.  制定并审核与酒店的年度商业计划相关的个人商业发展计划

Develops and reviews Personal Business Plan which is linked to the Hotel’s Annual Business Plan.

16.  通过cross selling以及销售本酒店的设施和服务持续寻找扩大销售额和利润的方法

Continuously seeks ways to maximize revenues and profits by cross selling and upselling other facilities and service.

17.  确保酒店,公司的政策和地方的规章与财政的记录保管,资金操作和许可执照相关联, 包括财政数据报告的及时和准确

Ensures that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information.

18.  进行广泛的竞争者调查,保持对本酒店优秀的知识水平

Conducts extensive competitor research and maintains excellent Product Knowledge of the Hotel.

19.  持续考察地区,国内,国际的市场趋势,了解竞争酒店的销售策略,确保本酒店销售部保持知识更新和竞争力

Constantly monitors and evaluates local, national and international market trends, and the competitor hotels’ sales initiatives, in order to make sure the hotel’s sales remain competitive and cutting edge.

20.  通过电话,合约及书写的沟通,保持酒店的高知名度

Ensures a high level of exposure for Hotel through direct sales solicitation via telephone, contracts and written communications.

21.  根据既定目标计划电话销售

Carefully plans Sales Calls into defined objectives.

22.  充分了解酒店设施,特点及服务

Maintains a detailed knowledge of Hotel facilities, features and services.

23.  专业地展开例行市场活动以确定新的商业机会

Professionally conducts routine telemarketing activities to identify new business opportunities.

24.  在VIP客户到达酒店时予以欢迎,离开酒店时予以送别

Meets and greets VIP guests upon arrival/ departure.

25.  进行周期性市场调研和竞争者调查

Conducts regular Market Surveys and Competitor Researches.

26.  安排拜访现有及潜在客户公司和政府部门

Plans and makes Sales trips to Companies and Government Departments which is our current and potential clientele to explore into new Catering business opportunities.

27.  根据需要款待相关公司和政府职能部门,接待其来酒店考察

Entertains and conducts site inspections to relevant Companies representatives/ Government officials/ delegates whenever required.

28.  负责市场销售企划中相关的宴会销售企划

Implements all Catering sales action plans related to responsibility areas as outlined in the Marketing plan.

29.  在宴会销售人员不在的时候负责宴会工作

Assists Catering Sales Buddy to follow-up on all matters in the absence of Catering Sales Buddy.

30.  协助实施员工意见调查结果

Supports the implementation of changes as a result of the Employee Opinion Survey.

31.  确保高标准的个人仪表

Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.

32.  与竞争酒店的相关代表,其他组织及本地旅行社维持良好关系

Maintains strong, professional relationships with the relevant representatives from competitor hotels and other organizations, including tour operators and local travel agents.

33.  适应由行业,公司和酒店变化带来的宴会销售职能的相关变化

Responds to changes in the Catering Sales function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.

34.  阅读酒店员工手册,理解并遵守酒店规章制度,特别是关于防火,卫生,健康及安全的方针和程序

Reads the hotel's Employee Handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.

35.  根据需要参加培训课程和会议

Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.

36.  酒店分配的其他职责

Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

酒店由中国雄安集团城市发展投资有限公司投资,并委托北京首旅集团诺金品牌管理,预计开设481间豪华精致的客房与套房,酒店已于2023年8月底盛大开业。
