1.To assist the Executive Housekeeper in planning, organizing the overallpublic area, guestrooms, and laundry and linen room operations as well asmaintaining established standards according to our hotel.
协助行政管家计划和组织客房部所有的公共区域、客房、洗衣房及布草的工作。
2.To assist the Executive Housekeeper in coordinating the Housekeepingoperations on Guestrooms, as well as to maintain high quality standard inaccordance to Crowne Plaza Standard.
协助行政管家协调客房部的工作，根据皇冠的标准建立高质量的客房服务。
3.Directing and supervising the four sections, seeing those jobassignments are done on time and guided by set housekeeping rules andregulations.
领导和监督客房部四个部门的工作，查看工作是否布置及时，制定客房部日常工作规则和标准。
4.To assist in the training of the employees ensuring that they acquirethe necessary skills knowledge communication to perform their duties with themaximum efficiency.
协助培养员工，确保所有员工能得到必要的技术知识，有效率履行责任。
5.Check VIP blockings prior to the arrival and during occupancy period.Check random vacant and occupied rooms.
检查重要客人的入住及住宿情况，抽查住房及空房，检查常住客人的房间。
6.To supervise the employeeswithin the department ensuring correct standards and methods of service aremaintained as stated in the department's operation manual.
管理员工确保其正规的服务标准和服务方法以符合部门的正常运行情况。
7.Minimum of 5 yearsrelevant position experience, preferably in the luxury setting.
最少5年的相关岗位工作经验，有奢华品牌酒店意识。
8.Very familiarwith operating & maintaining all machines and equipment used for GuestFloor.
非常熟悉客房楼层机器的操作和维护保养。
9.Strong oral andwritten communication skills.
出色的口头和书面沟通能力。
10.Possessesstrong interpersonal skill and experience in people handling.
拥有较强的人际交流技巧和经验。
11.Proficient in the useof Microsoft Office and hotel computer system such as Opera. 
熟练使用微软办公软件及其他酒店系统例如Opera。
12.Organizing andtraining abilities.

13.Good management skill.
