Duties andResponsibilities工作职责
· Monitors and controls the RoomDivision Operation in the areas of revenue expenditure, profitable andperformance against budget.

·Prepares the Rooms Divisionbudget.
制定房务部预算。
· Controls and analyses, on anon-going basis, Rooms Division costs to ensure performance against budget.

·Participate in the preparationof the hotel’s Strategic Plan, Marketing Plans and Goals Programme.

·Consults with Department Headsand General Manager on an ongoing basis to improve business conduct.

· Supervises the overallactivities of Front Office, Housekeeping, Health Club.

· Coordinates exchange ofpertinent information between departments within the Rooms Division and directsexchange of information with other departments notably, Engineering andSecurity.

· Works within the company’sHuman Resource Framework to ensure the departmental performance of staff isproductive. Duties include:

Qualifications –

· Bachelor’s degree in HotelAdministration, Business Administration or equivalent.

Experience –

· 10 years of guest service /hotel experience with 5 years in a management capacity, or an equivalentcombination of education and experience.

· Type and level of experiencerequired may vary slightly based on size and complexity of operation.
