行政

·        Provide a professional,advisory and executive support service to the Director of Rooms to assist inmeeting the strategic goals of the establishment.

向房务总监提供专业咨询和相关帮助,以及协助完成其战略目标。

·        Perform any duties assigned bythe Management deemed necessary.

执行任何管理层委托的工作。

Financialand Revenue Responsibilities

财务及收入职责

·        Implement strategies aimed atcost minimization, productivity maximization without reduction of QualityStandards.

旨在实现成本最小化战略,在保证质量标准不降低的前提下进行生产效率的最大化。

·        Ensure operation runs withinout looked financial framework.

确保部门在财政框架下有序运营。

·        Monitor and review QualityStandards for the department.

监测和审查部门的质量标准。

·        Works with Superior Director ofFinance in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget.

与上级领导和财务总监一起编制和管理部门预算。

Trainingand Human Resources

培训和人力资源

·        Ensure that all colleaguescomply with the grooming and uniform Standards

确保同事上班时按照仪容仪表和制服的相关标准。

·        Conduct development andperformance reviews, identifying key personnel for further development andstructured career path.

组织回顾同事的发展和表现情况,发现并且给予突出同事职业的发展和规划。

·        Implement and maintain trainingsystems to ensure that colleagues have the necessary framework and skills toperform their job efficiently and effectively.

实现和维持培训体系,确保同事有必要的培训框架和技能以让其工作更高效。

·        Prepare work schedules andannual leave schedules within budget, business expectations and guidelines ofthe appropriate industrial legislation.

通过合适的相关法规,在商业预期和准则中准备工作和年休假计划。

·        Ensure wherever possible thatambassadors are provided with a work place free of discrimination, harassmentand victimisation

·        Treat complaints of harassmentand discrimination promptly and confidentially.

GuestService Responsibilities

对客服务的责任

·        Attend promptly to all guestcomplaints and requests. Complete and update annually Standards and Proceduresfor the Housekeeping Department.  Ensureall of them are in line with the brand standard and quality assurance standard.

对所有客人投诉和要求及时作出回应,完成并且更新客房部标准程序制度,确保所有的工作都符合品牌的标准和质量保证要求。

·        Build and maintain positiverelationships with all internal customers and guests in order to exceed theirneeds.

与所有内、外部客人建立并保存积极关系,以预期其期望。

·        Take action to address theseneeds in order to exceed their expectations.

采取行动说明这些需求以便能超过他们的期望。

·        Create a positive hotel imagein every interaction with internal and external customer.

在与内部及外部客人每一次互动的时候都争创积极的酒店形象。

·        Adhere to hotel brandstandards.

坚持酒店品牌标准。

·        Maintain a high level ofproduct and service knowledge in order to explain and sell service andfacilities to guests.

保持产品服务高标准,以便向客人解释并销售服务及设施。

·        Assist guests and escort themto locations within the hotel at their request.

协助客人,并按要求引领客人去酒店内的相关位置。

·        Maintain knowledge of specialprograms and events in the hotel in order to recognize and respond to guestsneeds.

保持对酒店内特殊计划及活动的认知,如客人有需要时可识别并进行回复。

·        Maintain current hotelinformation to be able to provide information to guests.

保持对酒店当前信息的认知,以便将相关信息提供给客人。

·        Implements procedures whichenhance the guest experience.

实施会使客人满意度提升的工作程序。

ProfessionalTechnical Responsibilities

专业技术责任

·        Daily check of all public areasand guest rooms.

每日例行检查客房以及公共区域。

·        Report maintenance faults anddamage to furniture and fittings in all areas of the hotel to Engineeringdepartment.

向工程部报告酒店所有领域的家具和配件的损坏情况。

·        Daily check of all hotel flowermeet Hotel standard.

每日例行检查酒店鲜花花卉符合酒店标准。

·        Accurately document lostproperty (records) and organize distribution of unclaimed items. Havelost & found record check on regular basis.

制定准确的失物(记录)和无人认领的物品分配程序并进行失物招领记录定期检查。

·        Ensure preparation of cleaningschedule for the return of all out of order rooms

负责清洁计划时间表的制定并确保所有维修房返回。

·        Ensure completion of monthlylinen and towelling stock take.

确保完成每月布草的仓储记录。

·        Maintain a Cleaning roster andensure it is up to the set standard.

维护一个季度清洁时间表,并且确保符合规范标准。

·        Inspect the VIP room andoversee the inspection of Vacant Clean rooms.

检查VIP房间并且监督抽查已清洁的房间。

·        Participate in the preparationof the Strategic Business and Operating Plans.

参加并准备关于商务战略和运营的计划。

·        Prepare monthlyoutlook/forecast reports.

准备月度计划和预期报表。

·        Attend meetings as required.

根据需要参加会议。

·        Implement opportunities forquality Team Building.

为优质团队建设提供机会。

·        Follow up the master key control system andconduct audit on a regular basis.

严格执行万能钥匙使用准则,并且定时审查。  

·        During daily operation, monitorand protect hotel decoration, furniture, all kinds of asset in all outlet,guest rooms and public area of hotel.

在日常工作当中,认真监督及保护好酒店公区,客房及办公区等酒店区域的硬装,软装,家具及各类资产等。 

·        Supervises outside contractorsto ensure contractual compliance.

对外来承包商进行监督,以确保合同合规。

·        Assists in monitoring andcontrolling Housekeeping procedures including lost and found, key control,security and emergency procedures, health and safety for employees and guests.

协助监督和控制客房部的相关工作程序,包括失物招领、钥匙管理、安全和紧急情况处理工作程序以及关于工作人员及客人健康和安全的规定。


Required Skills –

技能要求

·        Communication skills areutilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others;demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third partiesthat reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能;完全代表酒店,品牌和公司与顾客,员工和第三方交往的能力。

·        Good writing skills

具有良好写作技能

·        Proficient in the use ofMicrosoft Office

熟练使用微软办公软件

·        Problem solving, reasoning,motivating, organizational and training abilities

具有解决问题,推理,号召,组织和培训能力

·        Strong Leadership skills inmanaging teams

在管理队伍中有很强的领导技能

Qualifications –

学历

·        Diploma in HotelAdministration, Hotel Management or equivalent

具有酒店行政管理,酒店管理或相关的大专学历。

Experience –

经验

·        3 years housekeeping supervisory experiencepreferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity . 

最好拥有在相似规模酒店3年客房工作管理经验。

·        Type and level of experiencerequired may vary slightly based on size and complexity of operation.

经验类型和程度的要求可能因运营规模和复杂性而略有不同。
