Assists in the preparation and update of the Departmental Operations Manuals.
协助准备及更新设施部的部门营运手册。
Attends regular departmental communications meetings and ensure that departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.

Assists to ensure that all documents related to the operation of the department are being kept up to date and that all records are correctly maintained and filed, including the applicable code compliance certificates and local authority inspection reports for the property and its systems.

Assists in the preparation and timely submittal of all reports.

Assists to maintain comprehensive library of manuals and parts list of all operational equipment, as well as a complete set of up to date drawings of all areas and systems.

Ensure that the Engineering Management activities are aligned with the Engineering Management Corporate Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.

Supervises other Facility Management
employees.

Performs, at least weekly, a routine
inspection of all Facility Management operational areas (plant rooms) and
report any equipment malfunctions.

Controls and verifies all Engineering
Management logbook entries.

Supervises personally all hazardous
work and ensure that all safety procedures are strictly observed.

Prepares monthly comparative utility
consumption reports and keep constant survey of correct calibration of all
utility recording instruments.

requests paying particular attention to guest related jobs.

Assists Materials Management in the
purchase of Engineering spares and consumables.

Prepares purchase requests and follow
up with Purchasing Management.

Provides cost and time estimates for work requests.

Allocates work requests, scheduled maintenance and repairs to Facility Management department employees.

Coordinates and supervises contractors to ensure compliance with specifications and the hotel's procedures regarding guest contact and safety.

Coordinates the Engineering Management and maintenance work with other hotel departments.

Assists with the preparation and
implementation of an Emergency Response Plan and the operation and maintenance
of all life safety and security systems.

Assists in ensuring that the property,
its systems and the operational procedures comply with all the prevailing local
and national codes.

Works closely with other Department
