Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (KeyActivities of the Role)

· Preparesfood for guests and associates efficiently and economically.

为客人和员工高效率的提供物美价廉的食物。

· Ensureskitchen hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in all areas of the kitchen includingstorage, cool rooms, Freezers, dry stores.

保证厨房区域包括仓库、冷房、冷冻室、干库干净、整洁并达到卫生标准。

· Participatesin making food requisitions.

根据要求参与服务。

· Participatesin training and developing associates.

参与培训和开发员工工作。

· Ensuresthat the standards of uniform grooming and hygiene are maintained.

保持制服干净、整洁。

· Takespart in all scheduled training at his/her level.

定期参加所有相应级别的培训。

· Buffetsdecoration items and show pieces.

负责自助餐的装饰项目。

· Ordersfood from stores.

从库房预定食品制作原料。

· Controlsthe quality of the ingredients purchased and received.

控制购买和收到食品原料的质量。

· Responsiblefor the staff hygiene, sanitation, tidiness of the working and Storage areas.

· Controlsthe smooth running and efficiency of the hot food section.

· Trainsand develops associates.

培训和发展员工。

· Developshot food recipe cards and products.

改进热菜食品和配方。

· Participatesin hot food menu designs.

参与热菜菜单的拟定工作。

· Assistwith the receiving and storage of hot food goods.

协助接收和储存热厨物品。

· Interactwith associates from different department in a professional and positive mannerto work effectively in a team.

与其他部门员工及同事进行有效沟通，以促进团队合作。

· Assistchef with the preparation presentation and storage of food.

协助厨师长做好食物摆台及食物的储备工作。

· Oneto one training to new staff.

以1对1方式指导新员工工作。

RequiredSkills –

技能要求 –

· Demonstratedability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflectshighly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力。

· Alcoholawareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handlercard as required by local government agency.

持有当地政府规定的含酒精饮品知识课程证书或食品服务许可证或有效的健康或食品上岗证。

· Problemsolving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

具有解决问题，推理，号召，组织和培训能力。

Qualifications –

学历 –

· Diplomaor Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field.

餐饮技能或相关专业的大专学历或职业证书。

Experience –

经验 –

· 3yearsexperience as a chef, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
