1.         Directly responsible for the whole restaurant and ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant, so that the operation of the hotel is in a revenue framework.直接全面负责整个餐厅，保证餐厅营运顺畅，使酒店的运营处在一个收益的框架上。
2.         Periodically market food promotions with Chinese Chef to improve guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue.与中厨房厨师长做定期市场食品促销活动，以提高客户满意度并增加销售收入。
3.         Achieve departmental budget goals by maintaining profits through increased sales revenue and the efficient cost expenditure.通过增加更多的收益和有效率的开支来完成预算目标以保持最大化利润。
4.         Refer to the historical record and sales forecasting system to make a feasible annual indicator of the department.参考历史纪录和销售预测系统来制定一份可行的部门年度指标。
5.         Accurately forecast business demands to ensure efficient staffing and food & beverage production.正确预计营业需求以确保最有效率的人员配备和食品制作。
6.         Be responsible for the monthly meeting of the department to state the benefits and uncompleted indicators of the restaurant.每月召开部门会议陈述餐厅收益和未完成的指标。
7.         Ensure the awareness & enforcement of all Langham’s policy and procedure.了解和实施所有朗廷酒店的政策和程序。
8.         Be responsible for maintaining the department's safety and hygiene equipment up to standard.时刻保持部门的安全和卫生设备符合标准。
9.         Implement operating standards, review and update the standards regularly.实施运营标准，定期复习并更新标准。
10.     Enforce sanitation checklist by having all outlets inspected on a monthly basis.严格执行卫生设备检查，所有部门每月检查一次。
11.     Be responsible for asset management of all outlet property and facilities.管理好部门所有有价值的资产和设备。
12.     Conduct a preventative maintenance inspection on a monthly basis.每月进行一次预防性维护检查。
 
13.     Set a good example for employees and motivate employees to work enthusiastically. 以身作则，为员工树立良好的榜样，激励员工的工作热情。

•     Work with HR to develop management training plan for subordinates.与人力资源部合作，为下属经理和主管制定管理培训计划并及时实施。
15.     Review employees' performance with professional work spirit and vision.以专业的工作精神和眼光，审核员工的工作表现。
16.     Be responsible for maintain the overall welfare of our employees by providing them with the training and resources to take care of our guests.有责任去保障所有下属的福利，照顾好我们的员工，我们的员工才能照顾好我们的客人。
17.     Be responsible for recruiting employees and implementing hotel regulations with food and beverage manager and director.与餐饮部经理和总监一起负责招聘员工，贯彻酒店规章制度。
18.     Complete an effective departmental meeting with meeting minutes every month and forward it to the Director of Culinary and Food & Beverage Manager.每月完成一份有效的部门会议记录，并抄送给厨房与餐饮部经理。
19.     All details regulatory framework refer to employee handbook. 所有规章制度请参照员工手册。
20.     Work closely with HACCP member to achieve certification 协助HACCP小组完成HACCP认证。
