1. 在指定业务范围内规划并发展与客户的良好关系，开发客户的合作潜能。
Prospect and generate leads from suspect andprospect accounts within assigned territory for potential business.
2. 对所有客户要求在24小时内予以回复。
Act on and respond to all enquiries andrequests for proposals within 24 hrs.
3. 通过直接的客户拜访,电话销售,传真销售或客户宴请等方式完成销售计划. 并且有效回应商务信息, 积极开发潜在的商务客户。
Achieve sales plan through direct salessolicitation, telephone, fax, telex and entertaining, and qualify leads onpotential business.
4. 建立并且培养融洽的客户关系,同时建立并且更新客户档案。
Establish and cultivate a rapport with keypersonnel of existing major accounts. And establish and maintain files on majoractive accounts within his/her market areas.
5. 为了提供给客户最佳服务，加强与前厅、餐饮、客房及其它部门的合作和沟通。Coordinates with Front Office, F&B,Banquet, Housekeeping and other related department to ensure the highest levelof customer service for our accounts.
6. 负责在销售管理系统中及时更新工作进程以及客户档案。
Maintains an up-to-date record of all salesactivities and account profiles within the sales management system.
7. 每周上交以下报表：销售报告，销售计划，竞争酒店信息，市场动向和其它报表。
Submits the following reports on a weeklybasis, a summary of sales activities, forward sales plans, competitive andmarket intelligence and any other report as may be required.
8. 参加会展，“扫楼”和异地销售等活动，以扩大销售范围。
Participatesactively at assigned trade shows, sales blitz and sales trip to gain exposurefor the hotel and secure sales leads.
9. 参加每周由销售总监或其助理主持的会议。
Attends weekly sales meetings and othermeetings as assigned by Sales Manager or his/her Assistant.
10. 作好酒店与客户之间的沟通桥梁,及时反应客户对酒店的意见,同时及时反馈酒店给予客户的答复。Keep management advised on customerattitudes and reactions towards the hotel.
11. 确保合适,正确的仪容仪表。
Ensure the grooming and punctuation standardare well guided and monitored.
12. 对潜在客户和潜在商务开发的信息要保密。
Maintains professional businessconfidentiality.
13. 严格执行酒店财务部制定的信贷流程及制度。
Implement and maintain credit policies withhotel Account Department.
14. 对所有的职责保持有时效的工作态度。
Performs all duties and responsibility in atimely and efficient manner.
15. 完成其它委派的任务。
Performs other duties and responsibilitiesthat may be required.
