1.管理健身中心，游泳池及水疗中心，以确保舒适，设备和人员足以让所有操作达到酒店服务质量的标准。
Manage the operations of Wellness Center, Pool and Spa, to ensure stock of amenity, equipment, and manpower are sufficient for all activities to achieve hotel service quality standard.
2.检查设备和器械的正常运行和应用， 确保客人和同事的安全。
Conduct inspection on equipment and machines for the proper functioning and application to ensure the security and safety of guests and colleagues.
3.与酒店客人及会员建立良好的关系，为酒店创收。
Develop and maintain a good relationship with hotel guest and members in order to generate revenues.
4.监控与更新健身中心提供最新的活动满足客人的期望。负责面试、培训、辅导和激励工作的同事在他们最好的。
Monitor and revise the program of Wellness Center by providing up-dated activities for fulfilling guests’ expectation. Responsible for interviewing, training, counseling and motivating the colleague to work at their best.
5.管理健身中心和游泳池及水疗中心的清洁和植物，符合酒店标准的清洁和整洁。
Manager the cleaning and plant of Wellness Center. Pool and Spa, to meet the cleanliness and tidiness of hotel standard.
6.完成其他职责。
Complete other duties as assigned.

任职要求 Qualifications
1.至少两年工作经验。
Minimum 2 years’ work experience.
