Produce food with highest level of care, attention to details and passion. Take great care in seasoning, marinating, cutting and portioning techniques, food presentation and taste.
3.确保任何时候都保持工作区、移动雪柜和冰柜、设备以及所有事物准备相关区域和工具的清洁
Ensure working stations, walking chillers and freezers, processing equipment and all related food preparation areas and working tools are properly cleaned at all times.
4.根据酒店烹饪食谱和标准,确保所有零点、自助餐和宴会菜单的食品准备具有连贯性和一致性。
Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte, Buffet and/or Banquets menus according to Property recipes and standards.
5.协助指导每日工作技能培训以确保提高部门生产力和最高质量标准。
Supervise and conduct on job training on daily basis in order to increase department productivity and highest quality standards.
6.根据菜单及厨房标准操作流程的要求来组织管理厨房的食物生产。
Organize kitchen section for food production as per menus and kitchen SOP requirements
7.执行上级交代的其他任务。
Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisors.
任职要求 Qualifications
1.至少2年以上在国际五星级酒店或高端饭店工作经验
