MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY主要职责
Be responsible for day to day reservation functions, and revenue management. Work with sales and other departments’ associates for the guests’ room reservation, and provide revenue analysis and strategy recommendation in order to maximize revenue.
负责每日预订部工作及收益管理。与销售部和其他部门合作完成客人的预订,提供收益分析及策略建议以帮助最大化酒店收益。
SPECIFIC DUTY主要责任
1. Provide market and competitor analysis, pricing strategy recommendations, including retail and group pricing, segment mix, inventory control and so on.
提供市场及竞争对手分析,价格策略建议,包括零售及团队价,细分市场,房间控制等
2. Liaison with OTA to ensure timely inventory control and pricing adjustment based on hotel revenue strategy .
负责与OTA的联络,根据酒店营收策略确保时时的房间控制和价格调整
3. Provide daily revenue related reports per the request by DOM.
按市场总监要求提供营收相关的分析报告
4. Ensure Central Travel Agent Commission Center inquiries, etc. are followed up on a timely basis
确保旅行社的询问能及时回复
5. Work with group sales to manage group blocks concerning cut off dates, rooming lists, etc. with the group sales team
配合团队销售,管理团队预订,包括最后日期,客人名单相关工作
6. Recommend, implement and monitor agreed selling strategies of the hotel
建议,实施并监督酒店销售策略
7. Ensure inquires in SYNXIS Cabre are cleared everyday (specially overseas inquiries) as well as red flags
确保每天完成SYNXIS Cabre系统内的预订请求(特别海外预订)。
8. Responsible to ensure all incoming correspondence, faxes, reservation orders are assigned appropriately to sales agents for necessary follow-up
负责确保所有收到的信件,传真,预订单被适当的分配给销售进行必要的跟进
9. Chair daily, weekly or monthly sales strategy meeting, and prepare related reports.
主持每日,每周或每月销售策略会议并提供相关报告
10. Arrange reservation daily job.

Academic Requirements学历要求:
1. High school diploma or equivalent

2. College/University degree preferred
