【工作职责与任务 Job Responsibilities】

l 提供所有对餐厅区域宾客的服务。
Responsible for the delivery of all restaurant guest services
l 负责所有对客服务的安全。
Responsible for the safety of all guest services.
l 熟知餐厅菜单，食品配方及其它酒水方面的知识，以便于向客人介绍菜品及推荐酒水饮料。
Be well versed with the menu, method of preparation and other accompaniments. Introduce dishes and recommend drinks to guests.
l 保持工作场地及餐具，室内外物品的齐全，干净，整洁。
Maintain cleanliness and mise-en-place level at working station and service pantry for smooth operation.
l 根据餐厅服务大纲来完成服务工作。
Follow correct sequence of service outlined in the Service Training Manual.
l 用餐期间及结束服务后及时清理桌面。
Cleans all spillage during mealtime and at closing.
l 保持与酒店方的良好沟通，遵守酒店和企业指导方针（如标识指导方针安全指导方针等）。
Maintain good communication with the Hotel, comply with all Hotel and corporate guidelines (signage guidelines, safety guidelines, etc.).
l 向客人提供高品质的服务，确保客人满意度。
Deliver high quality service to ensure the guest satisfaction.
l 遵守部门清洁和保养规定。
Adhere to departmental cleaning and maintenance programs.
l 员工按要求遵守圆和员工手册规定。
Follow the company’s employee handbook.
l 执行圆和餐厅的工作流程和操作标准。
Implement restaurant workflow and operation standards.
l 按要求参加会议及培训。
Attend meetings and trainings as required.
l 与同事保持良好沟通，服从上级领导的工作安排。
Keep good communications with team members. Obey the work arrangement of team leaders and managers.

【任职资格 Job Qualifications】
技能要求Required Skills
l 拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能。
Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the brand and the Company.
l 具有团队合作精神，热情礼貌，愿意帮助同事及宾客。
Teamwork oriented. Enthusiastic, courteous and helpful to colleagues and guests.
l 身体健康状况符合卫生防疫规定。
The state of health conforms to the regulations on sanitation and epidemic prevention.
l 有黑珍珠和米其林餐厅工作经验优先录用。
Experience in Black Pearl and Michelin is preferred.
l 可以接受轮班制，基本英语口语。
Be able to work for flexible hours, basic English speaking.
学历Qualifications
l 中专及以上学历
Technical secondary school and above.
【经历Experience】
l 2年相关工作经历，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
l 航空/酒店等服务相关专业。
Airline/Hotel Management or service related major.
