【岗位职责 Job Responsibilities】
1、按照标准礼仪在铃响三声内接起电话;热情友好问候客人,对于门诊客人要称呼姓名。Answer the phone within three rings according to standard etiquette; greet guests warmly and friendly, and address outpatient guests by name.2、每天参加由门诊部组织的交班会。Attend the shift meeting organized by the outpatient department everyday.3、检查当日抵店客人信息,包括会员及其他贵宾、回头病患/客人、团队的情况以及特别要求。Check the daily guest information, including members and other VIPs, returning patients/guests and group. Make notes of any special requests.4、查看医生排班。Check doctors' schedule.5、按照客人的要求和喜好预定早餐。Pre-order breakfast according to guests' requirements and preference.6、熟悉门诊产品与服务,引导客户形成对产品、服务的正确认知。Be familiar with the selling products and services, and guide customers to understand our products and services accurately.7、门诊收款、开具发票,与客户核对就诊费用。 Collect payment, issue invoice and check medical expenses with customers.8、为就诊或其他医疗服务的客人或团体做登记,收集身份证件等相关信息。register guests or groups for medical treatment or other medical services, and collect relevant information such as ID etc.9、通过观察或与其他同事的交流预见客人的需求,提供快速高效以及个性化的服务。 Anticipate guests needs by observing or communicating with other colleagues to provide fast, efficient and personalized service.10、充分掌握运营部的标准流程和电脑系统操作,例如HIS系统。Fully master the standard process and operation system such as the HIS.11、对客人的要求反应迅速,主动承担责任满足客人的需求。Respond quickly to guest requests and take initiative to meet guests' needs.12、有效的与其他同事沟通和联络,理解门诊运作中团队合作的重要性。Communicate and liaise effectively with other colleagues and understand the importance of teamwork in operations.13、确保任何突发事件、安全及健康事件在第一时间通知经理。Ensure that Managers are notified of any emergency, safety and health incident immediately. 14、工服着装和仪容仪表符合门诊规定。Work uniforms and grooming in compliance with standards.15、完成上级领导交办的其他事宜。Fulfill other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
【任职要求 Job Qualifications】1、教育水平:专科及以上学历。Education: College degree or above.2、专业:酒店管理等服务相关专业。Major: Hotel Management or service related major.3、工作经验:2年以上服务业相关工作经验。Work Experience: At least 2 years working experience in service related industry.4、技能技巧:工作期间发现客诉等情况,能够应及处理。Skills: Shall handle customer complaints and other circumstances during the work.5、五星服务标准有系统化的管理体系。Five-star service standards with systematic management system.6、熟悉服务行业业务和流程。Familiar with service related industy business and process.7、其它要素:严谨、细致的工作态度,良好的人际沟通和协调能力;逻辑思维能力强,能承受较大工作压力;责任心强,具有团队合作精神,优秀的服务意识。Others: Strict, meticulous work attitude, good interpersonal communication and coordination ability, logical thinking ability, can withstand the work pressure, a strong sense of responsibility, a team spirit, excellent sense of service.上班地点
