一、 酒店经营和日常管理：

1．经营管理-销售管理
全面负责酒店经营销售目标的分解，制定准确有效的销售策略，督导销售工作的开展，确保酒店完成公司下达的酒店经营指标；执行公司统一的市场策略，赋有宣传公司的使命，定期分析店内经营和管理状况并向主管上级汇报

2．经营管理-成本管理
全面负责酒店成本管理目标的分解，制定合理有效的成本控制策略，全面负责督导酒店的日常实施情况，保障酒店经营利润的完成和提升；

3．质量管理
制定并执行质量控制制度和措施，使酒店严格执行公司运营标准，达到公司下达的酒店质量指标，实现酒店优质对客服务质量，处理住店宾客投诉和宾客意见的收集反馈，建立相关案例库达到资源共享；负责监督制定和落实店内日常维修计划，与维护部一同制定有效的大修理计划；

4．人事管理
负责店内人事工作的监督、指导、考核和招聘工作，接受公司人事调动；

5．财务及资产管理
负责店内财务管理、负责店内财产使用和保管，确保资产保值，应收帐款的追缴，各种证照和相关密码的保管；

6．安全管理
负责酒店治安和消防安全，确保酒店食品卫生合格。

二、团队管理方面：

1．负责酒店文化和员工队伍建设，提升员工满意度；
2．负责与社会职能部门之间的协调和沟通，为酒店创造良好的经营环境；
3．负责督导和做好员工的培训和培养，达到上岗要求，制定和实施店内各部门培训计划，按公司手册标准建立培训体系，为公司培养合格管理人才；

三、负责与相关政府部门保持良好的沟通，建立良好的关系。

四、完成上级领导布置的其他各项工作。

Hotel Operation and Daily Management:
1. Operation Management - Sales Management:Take full charge of decomposing the hotel's business and sales targets, formulate accurate and effective sales strategies, supervise the execution of sales work, and ensure the hotel achieves the business targets assigned by the company; implement the company's unified market strategy, actively promote the company, regularly analyze the hotel's operation and management status and report to superiors

2. Operation Management - Cost Management: Take full charge of decomposing the hotel's cost management targets, formulate reasonable and effective cost control strategies and measures, fully supervise daily implementation in the hotel, and ensure the achievement and improvement of the hotel's operating profit

3. Quality Management: Formulate and implement quality control systems and measures to ensure the hotel strictly executes the company's operating standards, achieves the hotel quality
targets assigned by the company and delivers high-quality guest service; handle in-house guest complaints and collect and feed back guest opinions, and build a case library for resource sharing; supervise the formulation and implementation of the hotel's daily maintenance plan, and work with the Maintenance Department to formulate an effective overhaul plan;

4. Personnel Management: Responsible for the supervision, guidance, assessment and recruitment of hotel personnel, and accept personnel transfers arranged by the company;

5. Finance and Asset Management: Responsible for hotel financial management and for the use and safekeeping of hotel property, ensuring asset value preservation, collection of accounts
receivable, and safekeeping of various licenses and related passwords;

6. Safety Management: Responsible for public security and fire safety of the hotel, and ensure food hygiene compliance.

Team Management:
1. Responsible for building hotel culture and the staff team, and improving employee satisfaction;

2. Responsible for coordination and communication with social functional departments to create a favorable operating environment for the hotel;

3. Responsible for supervising staff training and development to meet job requirements, formulating and implementing training plans for all hotel departments, and building a training system in line with the company's manual standards to cultivate qualified management talent for the company;


Maintain good communication and relationships with relevant government departments.

Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
