·In the absence of a manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known
当经理不在期间,制作当班见报,确保其知道酒店的活动和操作要求。
Endeavours to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up
当班期间尽量解决顾客的不满,并将所有的不满之处记录在案以备今后的提高。
·Supervises cash handling and banking procedures
监督现金收支和储蓄程序。
·Prepares daily banking and cash flow reports
准备每日储蓄和现金收支报告。
·Establishes and instructs staff in cash security procedures
建立和指导员工现金安排程序。
What we need from you 我们需要你具备
·Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
持有当地政府规定的含酒精饮品知识课程证书或食品服务许可证或有效的健康或食品上岗证。
·Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
具有解决问题,推理,号召,组织和培训能力
·Good writing skills
