Your day to day 日常职责
· Sorts hotel and guest linen for washing
· 对酒店和客人的布草进行分类以用于清洗。
· Ensures timely loading and loading of machines
· 确保及时将衣物放入和取出干洗机。
· Ensures timely addition of chemicals in proper quantity
· 确保及时添加适量的洗涤用品。
· Maintains proper temperature, pressure and water level
· 保持适当的温度、压力和水位。
· Ensures machines and areas are kept free of lint
· 确保机器和工作区域内无布草残留物。
· Ensures all stains are removed, testing the chemicals before applying on the fabric, else inform the supervisor
· 确保去除所有污渍，在对衣物使用洗涤用品前先进行试验，如有异常则通知主管。
· Attends all staff training meetings as when directed by the superiors
· 按上级要求参加所有员工的培训和会议。
· Reports health or safety hazards to the Laundry Manager
· 向洗衣房经理汇报健康或安全隐患。
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS任职要求
· Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
· 拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能；完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力。
· Fluent in speak, read and write in mandarin
· 普通话流利，有一定的阅读及写作能力。
