Your day to day 日常职责
  1.Ensure efficientdelivery of service to the guest according to pre-determined standards andspecification. This role provides operational support to the Asst. outletmanager and coordinates all service delivery details with the outlet manager.
   确保根据标准及规则給客人提供高效率的服务。主要职责将宴会厅的运作情况及服务细节报告于宴会经理。
  2.Theincumbent will be adequately empowered to make decisions in various situationsrelating to guest complaints, staff issues and other coordinating departmentissues. Responsible for ensuring that food and beverage sales are properly processedthrough the electronic register and that all dockets and cash are accounted forin accordance with Sheraton Policy and Procedures and to provide service toguests as and when directed by the Restaurant Managers.Leadingthe associates to provide excellent service to the guests and achievedepartment goals and objectives.
   有权在特定的场合对客人的投诉、员工放权及与其它部门的沟通作出相应处理决定。确保所有客人消费都正确无误的输入电子计算系统。另确保所有票据及现金都按照宴会厅的正确步骤完成。同时依照宴会厅经理的指示对客人提供高质量的服务。带领小组成员出色完成上级交代任务，确保员工给客人提供优质的服务并达到部门目标。
  3.Ensure all the staff to carryout the task according to the S&P.
   确保员工按照标准与程序完成任务。
  4.Assist with outlet service.
   监督宴会厅服务
  5.Ensure a daily logbook for theoutlet is maintained with information as to covers, revenues, special events,quest praise and complaints and other notes happenings. The logbook is leftevery night for Director of  F & B’sinformation & signature.
  确保在宴会厅的每日工作日志中记录下餐具情况，收入和利润，特殊事件，客人表扬和投诉及其它需记录下的事件。工作日志每天工作结束前需交给餐饮总监过目和签字。
  6.Interact with department andhotel staff in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport,promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way communication.
   以职业的、肯定的方式与部门和酒店员工建立起亲密关系以促进团队精神和有效的双向交流。
What we need from you 我们需要你具备
  1.Alcohol awareness certificationand/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required bylocal government agency.
   持有当地政府规定的含酒精饮品知识课程证书或食品服务许可证或有效的健康或食品上岗证。
  2.Problem solving, reasoning,motivating, organizational and training abilities.
   具有解决问题，推理，号召，组织和培训能力。
  3.3 years related experience,including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education andexperience
   3年相关工作经历，包括管理经验，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
