Your day to day 日常职责
  1.Manage all aspects of one ormore full-service food and beverage outlet(s) on a daily basis and coordinatespecial events.  Ensure compliance withstandards of service and operating procedures.     
   管理一家或更多全服务餐饮营业场所日常经营工作及协调特别的活动。确保符合服务的规范和运营的程序。
2.Manage all the bar areas of thehotel to ensure the achievement of established beverage quality and guestservice quality standards and departmental revenue and profit goals. 
   管理酒店的所有酒吧区域，以确保达到既定的饮料质量和客户服务质量标准以及部门收入和利润目标。
  3.Manage the complete cocktail/ spirits/other beverages program needs of the Food and Beverage Division. Assist inmanaging one or more full-service food and beverage outlet(s) on a daily basis.
   管理餐饮部门整体的鸡尾酒、烈酒、其他饮品计划。协助管理一家或多家全服务餐饮营业场所的每日运营。
  4.Adhere to local regulationsconcerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brandstandards and local policies and procedures.  
   遵守当地的卫生和安全法规，或其它适用的规定，以及品牌规范和当地的规章制度。
  5.Monitor guest behavior andamount of alcohol consumption to determine when alcohol service to the guestshould cease; notify management of incidents involving excessive alcoholconsumption or impaired condition of customers; check identification wheneverage of a guest requesting an alcoholic beverage service is questionable.
   监督客人的行为和酒精饮品消耗量从而决定什么时候应控制客人的酒精量；将因酒精过量而引发的事故或客人的受伤程度汇报给管理层；在对饮用酒精饮品的客人的年龄有质疑时检查客人的身份证。

What we need from you 我们需要你具备
  1.Demonstrated ability tointeract with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly onthe hotel, the brand and the Company.
   完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力。
  2.Alcohol awareness certificationand/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required bylocal government agency.
   持有当地政府规定的含酒精饮品知识课程证书或食品服务许可证或有效的健康或食品上岗证。
  3.Problem solving, reasoning,motivating, organizational and training abilities.
   具有解决问题，推理，号召，组织和培训能力。
  4.4 years related experience,including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education andexperience
   4年相关工作经历，包括管理经验，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
