Your day to day 日常职责
  1.Analyses F&B reports
   分析餐饮报告。
  2.Calculates F&B costs
   核算餐饮成本。
  3.Compares invoices,requisitions, sales & prepare reports showing cost vs sales.
   对比发票、采购申请、销售并编制成本与销售报告。
  4.Spot checks onpurchasing, receiving, storing, issuing functions and bar inventories.
   查采购、收货、库存、发货工作的执行情况，及酒吧库存量。
  5.Conducts monthly food & butcher tests to determine yields.
   每月对食品及粗加工进行测试来测定产出量。
  6.Produces monthly F&B costs by outlet.
   编制各餐厅每月餐饮成本报告。
  7.Supervises inventories.
   监管存货情况。
  8.Checks stores requisitions and receipts against stock records.
   检查出库申请和库房收货，以查证库房记录是否正确。

What we need from you 我们需要你具备
  1.Demonstrates deep knowledge of financial concepts, tools , practices, trends and legal
requirements
   展现出对财务概念、工具、实践、趋势和法律要求的深入了解
  2.Produces and presents financial data (qualitative and quantitative) as required to service audience needs by ensuring that accounting processes run smoothly and accurate records
are maintained
   确保会计流程顺畅运行并维护准确的记录，从而按照要求计算和报告财务数据（定型数据和定量数据），满足报告对象的要求。
  3.Implements controls to cover and mitigate risk to ensure no threat is posed to operations of a
hotel by developing risk assessment protocols and applying risk management tools.
   通过制定风险评估方案和应用风险管理工具实施监控措施，处理及缓解风险，以确保酒店运营不会面临任何威胁
  4.3 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
   三年相关经验或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
