·        Producethe Annual Revenue Plan, Marketing Budgets and Forecasts

·        ProduceAction Plan related to the Revenue Plan to ensure Revenue Plan objectives areachieved

·        Providesa professional, advisory support service to the General Manager

·        Coordinateall methods of maintaining and increasing business volume. This includesadvertising, sales promotion, personal selling, publicity, community relations,special sales projects, etc.

·        协调保持和增加业务量的各种方法,包括广告、促销、个人销售、宣传、社区关系、特别销售项目等。

·        Createand implement special programs to achieve greater profitability through:

·        Participateas an active member of the community through associations, memberships andother trade organizations

·        Reviewregularly activity reports of Sales and Marketing personnel to ensure targetsand Sales objectives are being met

·        定期检查销售与市场部员工的活动报告,以确保销售目标的实现

·        Reviewregularly internal promotion pieces for visual effect and ensure they conformwith brand standards 

·        对酒店内部宣传品的视觉效果进行定期检查,以确保它们能够达到品牌标准

·        Organizeand promote, in cooperation with the Food & Beverage Department specialprojects to stimulate Food & beverage sales within the community,including, but limited to, tournaments, balls, parties, gastronomicfestivities, etc.

·        Interactswith individuals outside the hotel, including, but not limited to clients,Convention Bureaus, local Hotel Associations, Government Tourist offices,Airlines, Travel Agents, Tour Operators, competitors and other members of thelocal community

·        与酒店外的个人交往,包括并不仅限于客户、会议局、当地的酒店协会、政府旅游部门、航空公司、 旅行社、旅行运营商、竞争者及其它当地社区成员

·        Investigatepotential markets by:

·        Reviewing Sales Department andFront Office correspondence files

·        Analyzing guest history andregistration card files

·        Studying guest questionnaires

·        Reviewing government statistics onvisitors to the city

·        Procurenew and repeat business for the hotel by maintaining contact with Airlines,Travel Agencies, Commercial Houses, Private Clubs and Professional Associationswithin the community and neighboring markets

·        与社区及周边市场内的航空公司、旅行社、商行、私人俱乐部和行业协会保持联系,以发展新客户及保持老客户

·        Reviewregularly the Public Relations activities to ensure high awareness of the hotelin the local and national media

·        定期对公关活动进行检查,以保证酒店在当地及全国媒体中的影响力

·        Managethe development of new products and services 

·        对新产品和服务的开发进行管理

·        Overseethe development of new marketing strategies

·        对新市场策略的发展进行监管

·        Conductmarket research

·        Maintaingood communication with Regional Sales and Marketing personnel and implementcorporate initiatives

·        Workswith Human Resources on manpower planning and management needs

·        Workswith Director of Finance in the preparation and management of the Department’sbudget

Required Skills –

技能要求

·        Demonstratedability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflectshighly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

·        具有代表酒店,品牌和公司与顾客,员工和第三方交往的能力

·        Problemsolving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

·        具有解决问题,推理,号召,组织和培训能力

·        Proficientin the use of Microsoft Office

·        精通微软办公软件

·        GoodCommunication and writing skills

·        良好的沟通和写作技能

Qualifications –

学历

·        Bachelor’sdegree in Sales, Marketing or related field. 

·        具有营销,市场或相关领域的学士学位

Experience –

经历

·        4 yearsof relevant experience or similar supervisory role, or an equivalentcombination of education and work-related experience.

·        4年相关工作经验或类似的管理经验,或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景
