职位描述 Job description
1.Supervise the service for guest, cleaning & maintenance of guest room, working equipment & pantry, and report room status to Front Office to ensure smooth operation and quality service are provided according to hotel regulation & standard.
监督对客服务，客房清洁，工作设备，工作间的清洁并向前厅部报告房态，确保正常运作并根据酒店的规定和标准提供优质的服务。
2.Provide supervision and training for colleagues to ensure the proper usage and care for the machine and chemical in order to protect hotel and guest’s property.
监督和培训员工, 为了保护酒店和客人的财产，必须正确使用和维护机械、化学品。
3.Attend to guest request & complaint to ensure professional and satisfactory service is provided according to hotel standard.
关注客人投诉和要求，确保根据酒店标准提供专业和令人满意的服务。
4.Ensure that special cleaning program schedules are carried out within the time limited and
performance is up to requested standard.
确保在规定期限内完成特殊清洁计划并达到要求。
5.Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
礼貌而高效地处理所有客人和内部客人的投诉和询问，确保问题得到圆满解决。
6.Responsible for the cleanliness & maintenance of all guest room, guest corridor and service area, to ensure a clean, fresh, tidy accommodation and environment is provided to guest.
 检查客房,客用走廊区域的清洁卫生，确保给客人提供一个干净、清新、整洁的住宿条件和环境。
7.Work closely with the Reception to ensure correct room status at all times. 
与接待部门密切合作确保任何时间内正确的房态。
8.Inspect & change room status to ensure clean & tidy room is ready to sell by Front Office to guest.
检查和改变房间状态，保证干净整洁的房间已作好准备由前厅部出售给客人。
9.Supervise turndown service.
监督夜床服务。

任职要求 Qualification
1.High School graduate or above, hotel Management or equivalent. 
高中及以上学历，酒店管理相关专业。
2.1 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
一年相关经验或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
3.Good interpersonal and communication skills，speak fluent Mandarin and basic English.
良好的人际关系和沟通技巧，普通话流利，懂基础英语。
