职位描述 Job description
1.Manage engineering storage and assist the Materials Department in purchasing engineering accessories and supplies. Performs related administrative tasks and operates the PICC system in accordance with departmental standards.
管理工程储存并协助物料部购买工程配件和用品。执行相关的行政管理工作，根据部门标准操作PICC系统。
2.Strictly adhere to application procedure to transact procedure for store applying of Engineering.
严格依照申领程序，办理工程部库房领取手续。
3.Keep store materials of Engineering safe.
妥善保管工程部库存材料。
4.Supply store materials of Engineering in time, ensuring enough materials to meet operation need.
及时补充工程部库存材料，确保有充足的材料支持营运需要。
5.Cooperates with Finance to make an inventory on time and gives detailed explanations to difference of the inventory.
配合财务部按时进行盘点，并对盘点差异进行详细的说明。
6.Implements and ensures all tools and equipment work normally at any time.
执行并确保所有的工具和设备始终正常有序。
7.Keeps adequate stock of Engineering store room and strictly control the use.
保存工程部储藏室的物资存货充足，并严格控制使用。
8.Keeps manuals and spare parts list of all operational equipment in library.
将所有运营设备的操作手册和备用零件清单保存于库房。
9.Strictly adheres to all safety regulations at all times.
始终严格遵守所有的安全规则。

任职要求 Qualification
1.College degree or above.
大学专科及以上学历。
2.Min 2 years working experience in hospitality industry, preferably with warehouse management background.
至少2年服务行业工作经验，最好有仓库管理方面的工作经验。
3.Knowledge of PC.
要求会使用电脑。
