职位描述 Job description
1.Is responsible for the integrity of the hotel physical facilities including proper operation, repair, maintenance & installation of M&E plant, fire & life safety, physical security of the building, fixed assets.
保证酒店设施的完好，包括运做情况，机电系统的维修和安装情况，防火和人身安全情况，建筑安全情况及固定资产等。
2.To ensure the correct, efficient and timely operation and maintenance of all M&E services. To provide technical support and to lead and supervise in fault diagnosis and trouble shooting.
保证日常运行的准确，高效和准时,并维护机电设备。提供技术支援领导员工进行故障原因分析并进行抢修。
3.To make daily, weekly and monthly work assignment as regards to repairs and preventive maintenance and to follow through until work is completed in a satisfactory manner.
按照维修工作的需求制定每天，每周和每月工作分配计划。落实维修情况指导达标。
4.Constantly determines opportunity for improving productivity and quality from associates in term of utilization, methods and performance.
根据每位员工的不同情况合理分派工作，努力提高生产力，不断完善工作方法和程序。
5.To update preventive maintenance tasks, frequencies, labour & material estimates, special conditions, etc. 
根据实际情况对预防性维修保养任务表进行调整，包括对工作频率、人力和材料投入的估计和可能发生的特殊情况的预测等等。
6.To determine materials availability for preventive maintenance with sufficient lead-time for acquisition.
要保证在进行预防性维修保养时所需材料和时间的充足，预先提出零部件采购申请。

任职要求 Qualification
1.Diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent.
有机械或电力专业证书或相关学历。
2.Professional certification in Engineering.
工程技术方面的专业证书
3.Min. 5 years' experience in hotel engineering operation in similar capacity, preferably with international hotel chain.
至少5年服务行业工作经验，最好具有国际连锁酒店工作经验。
4.Can use computer office system.
