1.Formulate the preventive programs. Supervise and ensure the work done to meet the hotel standards.
按上司指派执行预防性保养维修工作，监督和确保工作完成的质量符合酒店要求。
2.Well verse with the specification and operation:
熟悉每一台机电设备的性能、操作:
- Air-conditioning and ventilation system.
对空调及通风系统必须充分了解
- Invidious system equipment maintenance repair procedure.
上述系统单独设备维修及保养程序
3.Supervise daily and preventive maintenance work for above equipment and system.
监督上述设备的每天检查和预防维修工作。
4.Supervise the new equipment installation and testing.
监督新设备的安装与调试。
5.To carry out other duties as instructed by your supervisor.
执行上司指派的其它任务。
6.Good all round technical knowledge and skills for M&E systems.
具有全面的技术知识和维修空调系统的技能。
任职要求 Qualification
1.Diploma in H/V engineering or equivalent.
有暖通专业证书或相关学历。
2.Electrician operation certificate
电工操作证。
3.Good all round technical knowledge and skills for M&E systems.
具有全面的技术知识和维修空调系统的技能。
4.Min. 3 years’ experience in hotel engineering operation in similar capacity, preferably with international hotel chain.
至少3年酒店相关运做经验，最好具有国际连锁酒店工作经验。
