职位描述 Job description
1.Property Maintenance should timely repair, install, prevent and maintain the operation of the hotel's daily mechanical system, including the operation of cold and hot water supply systems, sprinkler and fire protection systems, drainage systems, and piping systems.
维修人员应及时对酒店日常机械系统的运行进行维修、安装、预防和维护，包括冷热水供应系统、喷水灭火系统、排水系统、管道系统的运行。
2.The decoration facilities of the hotel should be repaired in time, including the furniture, interior decoration and decorations in the hotel.
酒店的装修设施应及时维修，包括酒店内的家具、室内装修、装饰品等。
3.To make all architectural repairs to the building as per assignments or on own initiative, ensuring all work meets the local codes.
按照工作分配或主动完成酒店维修工作，保证酒店设施达标。
4.To conduct inspection to the building as per schedule and advice of conditions which might affect the operation of the hotel as well as any potential safety hazards.
有计划的开展酒店设施检查工作，当发现有安全隐患或设施存在问题有可能影响正常运作时必须及时上报。
5.Assist in the construction of exhibits and displays as assigned.
根据要求，配合其他部门进行加工制作。
6.Perform all other duties which may be assigned by the DOE or any other authorized engineer.
执行工程总监或指定工程师安排的其他工作。

任职要求 Qualification
1.Machinery technician school or related governmental skills training.
正规机械职业学校毕业或政府技能培训班。
2.Electrician operation certificate
电工操作证
3.Min. 5 years in building maintenance trades or interior renovation. Well verge with the local building codes.
至少5年建筑维修经验或内部装修经验。熟悉当地建筑条例。
4.Good command of communication and coordination
娴熟的沟通和协调能力。
