职位描述 Job description
1.监督管理所有美术设计、照片、视频。
Monitor all thedesigned artworks / photos / videos.
2.妥善记录物料调用情况（借出/归还）。
Ensures proper recordsof materials taken from / returned to department are maintained.
3.根据要求完成设计任务。
Complete design tasks based on work order requests.
4.建立任务内部跟踪系统，更好地进行时间管理与规划。
Set up internal trace system for better time management and planning.
5.负责各类广告、宣传品及其他设计项目的制作。
Undertakes production of advertisement, collateral and other projects.
6.监督酒店广告、宣传品及其他设计项目的设计和排版工作。
Oversee layout and design of advertisements, hotel collateral and other projects.
7.为整套宣传品印刷标准提出具有新意的理念和想法。
Propose new and creative ideas / concepts to improve overall collateral standard.
8.与沟通协商制作日程，确保在截止日前完成。
Co-ordinate the design and production schedule with Communications Director to meet all job deadline.
9.特别项目、活动时，提出想法和建议并与市场传讯总监商量，确定主题布置方案。
Presents ideas and suggestions and consults with Communications Director on special projects, special events that required themed decorations.
10.确定式样、印刷技术以实现预期效果。
Determines style, techniques to meet desired effect.
11.与采购部门保持联系，与供应商及其他部门良好沟通，专业并出色地完成所有任务项目。
Liaises with Purchasing Department and work with suppliers and other departments to professionally and competently execute all projects.
12.负责特别活动和项目的美化装饰、主题设计、宴会活动的场地布置等。
Undertakes special assignments for special events and special projects relating to the decorations, theme and set-up for banquet events.
13.根据要求做好其他相关事务。
Perform all other duties as required.

任职要求 Qualifications
1.设计专业优先。
A degree in design science is preferred.
2.至少3年以上设计领域的工作经历。
At least three year working experience in related design industry.
3.熟练操作各种设计软件。
Proficient in design software such as photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, ect.
4.具有良好的社交能力，有足够的自信及能力进行有效的沟通协调。
Sociable, confident and ability to communicate effectively.
