职位描述 Job description
1.Maintain a current and thorough knowledge of all housekeeping systems.
掌握当前的相关的、全面的客房体系。
2.Ensure you have complete knowledge of room types, layouts and facilities.
确保已熟知房间类型、布局和设施相关知识。
3.Co-ordinate special projects (eg. room setup, vermin control, window and carpet cleaning, room inventories).协调方案（房间的布置、虫害的控制、窗户及地毯的清洁、客房盘点）。
4.Attend to guest request & complaint to ensure professional and satisfactory service is provided according to hotel standard.关注客人投诉和要求，确保根据酒店标准提供专业和令人满意的服务。
5.Provide supervision and training for colleagues to ensure the proper usage and care for the machine and chemical in order to protect hotel and guest’s property.监督和培训员工, 为了保护酒店和客人的财产，必须正确使用和维护机械、化学品。
6.Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.管理排班事项以确保酒店的活动和运作的要求众所周知。
任职要求 Qualification
1.High School graduate or above, hotel Management or equivalent.
高中及以上学历，酒店管理相关专业。
2.Certification in Hotel Management or Housekeeping technical skills (preferred but not required)有酒店管理或客房技能证书优先考虑。
国际联号工作经历：优先语言能力：中国普通话-熟练
