1.协助部门总监准备各种报告和演示文稿。
Assists director in preparation of various reports and presentations.
2.根据需要协助设计和编制统计报告。
Assists with the design and preparation of statistical reports as needed.
3.在日常事务上撰写，制作和签署信件。
Composes, produces and signs correspondence on routine matters.Sorts and distributes mail.
4.根据需要制作和分发信件。
Produces and distributes correspondence as required.
5.解答部门电话。
Answers department phones.
6.担任经理的接待员，并在必要时担任其他部门成员，根据需要为来电者提供帮助。
Acts as a receptionist for manager and, when necessary, other department members, providing assistance to callers as required.
7.目前正在招聘的岗位是酒店经理秘书。
Actual recruitment position is Hotel Manager Secretary .
任职要求 Qualification
1.至少三年大专。
Minimum 3 years' college education.
2.英语流利。
Good English speaking and writing.
3.一年的相关工作经验。
1 years experience in the administrative assistance, or related professional area.
