1.根据月度的媒体时间表来准备餐饮部广告需求。
Prepare advertisementrequisitions and advertisement copies according to the monthly media schedule.
2.协调和督促各餐厅有效地完成营销传播计划。
Assist in effectiveimplementation of restaurant communications plan.
3. 草拟餐饮部月度广告的预算。
Raise budget inquiryfor monthly advertising.
4.有秩序的分配广告文件。
Keep a systematic fileof advertising.
5.协助发送不同的新闻媒体为了增加酒店的影响力。
Assist in sendingdifferent press release to suitable media in order to increasing hotel exposure.
6.协助发展和保持与所有当地媒体，当地媒体、社区、行业协会和政府机构的关系。
Assist in developingand maintaining contact with local media, community, trade associations andgovernment bodies.
7.收集所有餐厅酒吧的促销方案，追踪方案的实施，以及分析粗促销方案的数据。Collect all outlets promotion plan, tracking all actions, and analyze the data of activities.
8.协助发展和保持与所有当地媒体，当地媒体、社区、行业协会和政府机构的关系。
Assist in developingand maintaining contact with local media, community, trade associations andgovernment bodies.
任职要求 Qualification
1.至少1年在同等职位上的管理工作经验。
At least 1 year working experience on the same position in RB&E.
2.性格成熟、工作独立、机智灵敏，人际交流与沟通技能出色。
Mature, independent, tactful with good interpersonal & communication skills.
